Export produced documents in Inspect
You can export produced documents or a subset of produced documents using the Export Production action. When exporting produced documents, all selected documents must exist in the same production. You can also export updated DAT, image, native, and text files individually or in combination for completed productions without re-exporting the entire production.
Use Search Builder to select documents using the Production field that includes a specified production name. Refer to Use Search Builder for more information.
Perform the following procedure to export produced documents.
- In the Main Menu, select .
- Select
the produced documents to export from the Document List. - In the pane, click .
- In , type a name to identify the export job.
- In Select Export Action, select Export Production.

In Production Name, select a production name.

To export updated production, perform the following steps.

In Output Format, select the output format you want to update.

In Production Template, click Edit

In the Production Template window, do the following.

Update the output format settings as needed. You can update an output format setting only when you select the respective option in Output Format. For more details about the Production Template, refer to Create production.

Click Save to update the existing template or click Save As to create a new template.

To save the exported documents to DataHub, select the DataHub checkbox under Download From.

The system saves the exported documents in DataHub as a zip file by default. Using DataHub, you can only download one file at a time. This format enables you to download the export as a single, ZIP file from DataHub. If you want to download individual files from an export, you can save the documents as individual files in the export folder; uncheck the Export as Zip checkbox that appears when you select the DataHub checkbox.

- Click Submit.

To view details about the submitted job, in the Main Menu, select Overview and then click Jobs Overview.

After completion, go to the DataHub or Desktop Client to download the exported documents to your computer.
